Q: What are your cookie cutters made of?
A: Our cookie cutters are made of tin, like a soup can. We do not sell plastic cookie cutters.
Q: When will I get my cookie cutters once I place my order?
A: For all processing and shipping times please visit our SHIPPING page.
Q: Do you take orders over the phone?
A:. No, we do not take orders over the telephone for your security as well as ours.
Please place your order online. A credit/debit card will be needed because we do not take checks or money orders.
Q: I received my credit card statement and do not know what the charge is for, can you help?
A: We ONLY sell cookie cutters. Your credit card statement will have a payment to TCCC. If you have another question about your statement please contact us at info@theclassiccookiecutter.com
Q: I need a cutter made. Can you do that?
A: No, we do not take custom orders.
Q: Do you accept orders through the mail?
A: No, we only accept orders online. A credit/debit card will be needed because we do not take checks or money orders.
